Ben Dill has been working in the software industry for over 10 years. Ben started their career as a production coordinator at Wagner Greenhouses, Inc. where they oversaw the production of greenhouse products. Ben then transitioned to a role as a software implementation consultant at The Picas Group. In this role, they work with clients to implement software solutions that meet their business needs.

Ben Dill has a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Horticulture from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
