Kimberly Prendergast

Kimberly Prendergast has an extensive work experience in accounting and auditing. Kimberly started their career at EY in 1994 as a Senior Auditor and worked there until 1999. Following that, they joined Irvine Company as the V.P., Apartments Controller and held this position for 16 years until 2015. After Irvine Company, they joined Tricon American Homes as SVP Accounting and worked there for three years until 2018. Currently, Kimberly is serving as the Chief Accounting Officer at The Picerne Group.
