Alema Key

Alema Key is an experienced professional in operations management and crisis response training. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at The Picklr since May 2023 and previously as a General and Regional Manager, Alema also works as an Integrated Crisis Response Instructor for the Department of Human Resources since July 2020, focusing on equipping team members with skills to handle unpredictable behaviors during crises safely. Prior experience includes the role of Program Director at Youth Health Associates' Lakeside Academy from May 2017 to November 2022. Alema holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Administration/Management from Weber State University, completed in December 2021.
