Scott Schubiger

Scott Schubiger is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in franchise development and growth strategy. Currently serving as the Chief Growth Officer at The Picklr since May 2023, Schubiger previously held leadership positions such as President and CEO at Sales Elevation Advisors from January 2015 to May 2023, guiding franchise brands through various stages of development. Other notable roles include Chief Growth Officer at Conscious Capital Growth, Chief Development Officer at Massage Heights, and Vice President of Franchise Development and Real Estate at LunchboxWax. With a strong background in consulting and operational leadership, Schubiger co-founded ZGrowth Partners, LLC, and has led expansion efforts across several organizations including Lift Brands, Inc. and Rita's Franchise Company. Educational qualifications include a BA in History and Psychology from Bowdoin College and two master's degrees, one in Sports Psychology from Springfield College and another in Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology.
