Jim Nicklas

Jim Nicklas is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and finance. Currently serving as a Real Estate Agent at The Pineapple Group 717 since June 2017, Jim has previously held significant positions such as General Manager at FYM LLC and Small Business Owner at both Sunset Metal Works, Inc. and Greencastle Metal Works, Inc., where responsibilities included complete P&L and ROI management. Jim's earlier career includes roles as Vice President of Finance and Vice President of Production at Hennessy Products, Inc., and General Plant Superintendent at Grove World Wide. Jim holds an MBA from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Education from Penn State University, along with additional education from The Wharton School and the Demming Institute.
