Anthony Ross is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in the food service industry. Currently serving as the Dietary Service Manager at The Pines at Davidson since October 2016, Anthony has demonstrated expertise in managing dietary needs and services. In addition, as the Chef Owner of Anthony's Gourmet Catering Company since March 2006, Anthony specializes in creating a wide range of cuisines tailored to diverse occasions, budgets, and tastes. Anthony's culinary education includes a French Cooking Culinary Diploma from the International Culinary Center and training at The French Culinary Institute in 1998.
