Merritt Evans

Merritt Evans has a diverse work experience in the marketing and customer service field. Merritt started their career at ULTA Beauty as an Arch Expert at Benefit Cosmetics, where they provided exceptional customer service and achieved sales goals. Merritt also performed services such as brow tinting, waxing, and makeup applications. Merritt then joined Pink Lily, initially working as a Marketing Representative and Customer Service Representative. Merritt excelled in providing excellent customer service and resolving complaints through various channels. Later, they advanced to the position of Marketing Manager at Pink Lily. In this role, Merritt was responsible for building content, executing social media strategies, and identifying target audiences for multiple platforms. Merritt also connected with influencers and managed Pink Lily Rep accounts. Merritt is currently serving as the Director of Marketing at Pink Lily, where they lead the execution of social media strategies and fosters meaningful connections with the community.

Merritt Evans obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication with a minor in Marketing from Western Kentucky University, studying from 2012 to 2016.
