Sean Linkson Oam

Sean Linkson OAM is an experienced talent acquisition advisor and leader in executive search. Currently serving as Principal at New World Leadership Pty Ltd since July 2017, Sean provides specialized leadership solutions for organizations seeking innovative C-level and Board talent. As the Founding Patron of The Pinnacle Foundation since October 2009, Sean transitioned from Founding Chair in February 2016 and CEO in July 2017, contributing to the not-for-profit sector. Prior experience includes roles as Managing Director and Head of the Board Search Practice at Allegis Partners from October 2005 to July 2017 and at Kearney from 1997 to 2005, where Sean co-headed the Australia/NZ Executive Search practice. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Building Construction Technology from Queensland University of Technology and a Master of Commerce in Finance from the University of New South Wales.
