Tom Worthington

Tom Worthington is an experienced professional in the financial services industry, currently serving as the Advanced Planning Director for Insurance Services at The Pinnacle Group since November 1999. As a member of the Advanced Planning Team and the Advanced Planning Center, Tom specializes in identifying business opportunities and developing complex strategies for clients. Prior to this, Tom garnered extensive experience as a Sales Specialist at The Newport Group, focusing on long-term financing solutions for Fortune 100 and 200 companies, and as a Sales Manager at Fidelity Mutual Life, where responsibilities included comprehensive financial planning for business owners. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Jacksonville University, earned between 1971 and 1975.
