The Pittsburgh Foundation
Sydney Richards is a Human Resource Generalist at The Pittsburgh Foundation since August 2023, bringing extensive experience from previous roles, including Head of Human Resources for the Town of McCandless from February 2022 to September 2023. Sydney also worked as an Accounting Specialist at BNY Mellon from September 2018 to September 2023, processing corporate actions accounting functions for clients. Prior experience includes serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at UPMC from January 2020 to September 2021. Sydney holds a degree from the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown, completed in 2018, and graduated from Pine-Richland High School in 2014.
