Companies need to outperform inflation with productivity improvements to avoid becoming uncompetitive. Email, the core tool for white collar work has remained almost unchanged in 25 years. Email happens to you, and are basically always due now, causing most people to hate them as the system lacks agency. Many solutions have emerged in that time to ‘solve’ the email problem- chat, calendars, to do’s, wikis, etc but annual email volumes consistently grow. Most of these tools produce platform fatigue not more productivity. 



We built “The Place” to put people back in control of what they focus on. We have combined Emails, Events and Actions into one interface making them interchangeable, so no one format dominates the other. The Place’s vision for work is for humans and machines to get more done together.
