Casey Dreier

Casey Dreier is the Chief of Space Policy at The Planetary Society, where responsibilities include leading advocacy efforts for planetary exploration, defense, and the search for extraterrestrial life since July 2012. Notable roles include serving as Chief Advocate and Senior Space Policy Adviser, focusing on public engagement and education to promote scientific initiatives, and as Director of Space Policy, where strategic development and execution of political strategies with the federal government were essential. Prior to joining The Planetary Society, Casey worked as a Senior Developer at Singlebrook Technology, Inc., and gained research experience as a Research Assistant at both the Monterey Institute for Research in Astronomy and Arecibo Observatory. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Physics and Astronomy from Oberlin College.
