Monica Talbert

Monica Talbert has a diverse work experience in the food industry. Monica is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of The Plant Based Seafood Co., a company that focuses on creating healthy and sustainable alternatives to seafood. The company operates through various distribution channels both in the US and abroad. Prior to this, Monica served as the President of The Van Cleve Seafood Co., an all-female, family-owned food company specializing in gourmet delicacies. Monica played a crucial role in the company's growth and success from its small beginnings in a seafood restaurant.

Monica Talbert attended Clemson University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a degree in Chinese and International Trade with a focus on Chinese and Marketing. In 2006-2007, they also spent a year at Dalian University of Technology studying Mandarin Chinese.
