Kristie Rossi

Kristie Rossi is a marketing manager at The Plastic Surgery Center. Prior to their current role, Kristie worked as an optometric assistant and assistant store manager at DeCesare Eye Associates. In this role, Kristie distributed and instructed patients in care and use of glasses/contact lenses. Kristie also maintained patient records, scheduled appointments, communicated with patient’s insurance in regards to individual coverage and billing.

Before their work in the optometry field, Kristie Rossi was a shift supervisor at Nordstrom. In this role, Kristie was responsible for managing a team of sales associates. Kristie oversaw daily operations, ensured that customers were satisfied with their experience, and handled any customer complaints.

Kristie Rossi has a long history of working in customer service roles. Kristie is a people person and enjoys helping others. In their previous role as a psychology intern at The Providence Center, Kristie communicated with clients during individual counseling and group counseling settings. Kristie also educated clients on healthy eating habits, exercise, disease prevention and management. Kristie is passionate about helping others and making a positive impact in their community.

Kristie Rossi has a Master’s Degree in Public Health from Rutgers University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Johnson & Wales University. Kristie is certified from the CITI Program in Biomedical Research Investigators, CITI Health Information Privacy and Security, Clinical Practice Course - GCP, Human Subject & Data Only Researchers & Staff, IRB Members & Staff, RCR for Researchers, Research Staff, and Administrators, and Social / Behavioral / Epidemiologic Research Investigators.
