Zack Rickman began their career in 2007 as a Help Desk Specialist at American Medical Alert Corporation. In 2011, they joined Plateau as a Network Operations Technician. In 2014, they were promoted to Network Engineer Team Lead and then to Network Engineer II at Plateau Telecommunications.
Zack Rickman attended Eastern New Mexico University from 2005 to 2007, studying General Studies. Zack then went on to Clovis Community College from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained an Associate's Degree in Network and System Administration/Administrator. Finally, Zack Rickman obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information and Communication Technology from New Mexico State University in 2017. Additionally, they obtained a Cisco Certified Network Associate certification from Cisco Systems Inc. in January 2013.
