Katherine O'Malley Randall has a diverse background in creative strategy, production operations, and event production. Katherine began their career in 2010 as a Research Assistant/Undergraduate Fellow at The New School. Katherine then moved to Viacom as a Department Intern and Social Research Assistant. In 2011, they joined SpinMedia, Inc. as a Producer/Project Manager and eventually became the Manager of Spin Productions. In 2017, they were acquired by Billboard as the Director of Brand Programming. Later that year, they joined The Players' Tribune as the Vice President of Creative Strategy and Production Operations, where they created an internal Brand Studio and helped lead proactive and partnership conversations. Katherine was also the Co-Chair of Minute Media's first ERG, Women & Allies, and a member of the DEI board, management team and mentor for both internal and external parties.
Katherine O'Malley Randall has a Bachelor of Arts in Social Psychology from Eugene Lang College at the New School University. Katherine has also obtained certifications from Wharton Online in the Business Foundations Specialization (September 2021), Yale University in The Science of Well-Being (March 2021), and the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS) in COVID-19 Certification (September 2020).
