Timmi Pavis

Timmi Pavis possesses extensive experience in the wine industry, currently serving as a Tasting Room Associate at The PlumpJack Group since July 2023. Previous roles include Assistant at Meadowcroft Wines from January 2022 to August 2023, Harvest Intern at North Coast Wine Company from August to December 2021, and Sommelier at POP & POPE from July 2020 to August 2021. Timmi also has a background as a Banquet Manager at Fattal Hotels between October 2016 and January 2020. Academically, Timmi is pursuing an Executive MBA in Wine at the School of Business at Sonoma State University, expected to complete in March 2024. Additionally, Timmi holds a Master's degree in Viticulture and Enology from Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a Bachelor's degree in Plant Sciences from the same institution, along with a certification from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
