Kathy Hubbard

Kathy Hubbard is the Co-Founder of The Policy Circle, which empowers women through education and engagement in public policy dialogue, and a Board Member of the American Federation for Children, advocating for educational choice. As Co-Founder of Bridges of Understanding, now part of Soliya, Kathy promotes global citizenship and intercultural bonds. Kathy also serves on the Board of Trustees at DePauw University and is a Partner at E&A Companies, fostering entrepreneurship since 1977. Additionally, Kathy was a Board Member for the J William Fulbright Scholarship program, focusing on cultural exchange and diplomacy. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Arts in French Studies from DePauw University and has furthered education at the University of Neuchâtel.
