Sara Cribari Hill

Sara Cribari Hill is currently the Director of People & Leadership Development at The Policy Circle, a position held since June 2023. Previously, Sara served as the Director of People, Culture, & Community Impact for El Capitan Hotel, Mainzer Theater, & The Tioga, where a significant achievement was opening multiple venues during the pandemic. As the Chief Executive Officer of the Greater Merced Chamber of Commerce, Sara successfully rebuilt the organization's public standing and served as the emcee for Merced's State of the City 2020 event. Sara's career also includes roles in talent development and strategy consulting, a decade-long tenure at Gap Inc. in various HR and retail positions, and contributions as a columnist for the Merced County Times. Educational background includes an Associate of Science degree in Merchandise Marketing from FIDM and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from West Valley College.
