Jim Kelly

President And Chief Executive Officer at The Polish National Credit Union

Jim Kelly has a strong background in the financial industry, with experience in various roles and organizations. Jim began their career as a Corporate Management Trainee at Northeast Savings Bank from 1986-1988. Jim then worked at the Massachusetts Division of Banks as a Regional Field Manager from 1990-2001, where they managed and supervised examinations for regulated credit unions. From 2001-2004, they worked as a National Bank Examiner at the Comptroller of the Currency, where they assessed the management effectiveness and safety of community banks. Since 2004, Jim has been the President and Chief Executive Officer at the Polish National Credit Union, where they have led the organization to become one of the best-performing credit unions in the country. Jim has demonstrated strong leadership skills, establishing and enhancing relationships and driving growth in various business channels.

Jim Kelly attended the National Banking School-Americas Community Bankers from 1999 to 2001 but did not pursue any specific degree or field of study during that time. From 1989 to 1990, they studied at American International College, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance, General. Prior to that, Kelly obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Classics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, which they attended from 1980 to 1985.
