Kelly Schapman has a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Business from Michigan State University. From 2006 to 2011, Kelly worked at Potbelly Sandwich Works in various management roles, eventually becoming a District Manager. From 2011 to 2013, Kelly served as the District Manager responsible for presenting success metrics to the CEO and handling budget development. From 2013 to 2016, Kelly worked as a Principal at Retention Consulting, guiding business owners through staffing volumes and creating custom staff handbooks. Currently, Kelly is the VP of Culture and Customer Experience at The Pond Guy, where Kelly oversees customer experience and leads the store and service office management team.
