Tim Tisler serves as the Vice President of Operations at The Pond Guy since September 2021. Prior to this role, Tim held various positions at CERATIZIT - Team Cutting Tools USA from 2003 to October 2020, culminating in the role of Managing Director and President, where Tim provided strategic leadership during a significant merger and acquisition initiative. Tim also oversaw manufacturing operations across facilities in Pennsylvania and Michigan, focusing on production efficiency and capital planning. Earlier experience includes managing manufacturing engineering at Cerametal Michigan. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University.
