Julia Schuster

Julia Schuster currently serves as the Southeast Regional Director of Diocesan Relations at The Pontifical Mission Societies in the U.S., a position held since December 2024. Prior to this role, Julia was an English and Literature Teacher at St. Agnes Academy from 2003 until February 2025 and taught Theology, Global and Social Justice Issues, and Writing. Julia is also an accomplished author, having written the novels "FLOWERS FOR ELVIS" and "THE INGREDIENTS OF GUMBO." Additionally, Julia is a public speaker and has contributed as a Teacher Consultant for the West TN Writing Project. Academic credentials include an MFA in Writing from Spalding University, attained between 2005 and 2007.
