Colin Nerich

Colin Nerich has served at The Poole and Kent Corporation since October 2014, progressing from Project Engineer to Assistant Project Manager, and currently holding the position of Senior Project Manager. Notable projects include the JHH CMSC & North Tower Addition on the Hopkins Campus and various developments in Baltimore, such as Liberty Harbor East Apartments and Whole Foods Baltimore. Responsibilities have included managing documentation, scheduling, RFI processes, and ensuring compliance in material and equipment deliveries. Colin Nerich also has experience from a stint at Fairfield University, where a project involved designing a prototype electric produce spinner for small-scale farming using SolidWorks and ANSYS Fluent.
