Celina Zacarias

Celina Zacarias is an experienced professional currently serving as Harbor Commissioner at The Port of Hueneme since February 2020. In addition, Celina has held the position of Executive Director of Community & Government Relations at California State University Channel Islands since September 2007, where responsibilities include advancing the university's presence and goodwill while fostering relationships with local and state officials. Celina earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hispanic Civilizations and Spanish from UC Santa Barbara between 1979 and 1984.
