Kelley Allesee is a legal professional with extensive experience in real estate law. Currently serving as Real Estate Counsel and previously as Associate Counsel at The Port since December 2017, Kelley brings a strong background in municipal law from an earlier role as Assistant City Solicitor for the City of Cincinnati from January 2016 to December 2017. Kelley earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Northern Kentucky University—Salmon P. Chase College of Law, completing the program in 2011.

A port authority under Ohio Revised Code Chapter 4582, our diverse suite of programs and initiatives are structured to make significant impact to improve our region in ways that reduce poverty, improve land value and create well-paying jobs. The Port collaborates with dozens of economic development, community and corporate partners, and is governed by a board of directors appointed in equal number by the City of Cincinnati and Hamilton County.
