Dave Henry

Dave Henry has a wealth of experience in the professional world, beginning with a Bursary Student role at Butterfield Private Bank in 2009. Dave then moved into a Compliance Administrator role at the same company in 2013. In 2014, they worked as a Lead Editor at Follow Innovation, as well as a Strategy & Data Consultant at Accenture. In 2016, they took on the role of Head Of Strategy & Ops Projects at Solaris Offgrid, and in 2020 they became the COO & Co-Founder of The Beagle Button. Most recently, in 2022, they took on the role of Talent Consultant at The Portfolio Collective, as well as continuing to work as a Freelance Strategy/Ops/Growth Consultant.

Dave Henry attended Elizabeth College, Guernsey from 2002 to 2009 and obtained their high school degree. Dave then attended the University of Warwick from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a BA (Hons) in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics. In August 2014, they obtained a Certified ScrumMaster certification from the Scrum Alliance.
