James Cummins is an established professional in the fields of positive education, exercise physiology, and wellbeing. As the founder of The Positivity Project since December 2015, James has developed various coaching programs and keynotes based on evidence-based research. James currently serves as a facilitator at Waves of Wellness Foundation and holds roles as a Senior Associate with The Positivity Institute and Associate Trainer with the Institute of Positive Education. As an Accredited Exercise Scientist and Accredited Exercise Physiologist at Balance Exercise Physiology, James provides specialized services to diverse age groups and teams. Previous positions include Head of Games and Physical Education at Worth School and various teaching roles at Waverley College. James holds a Graduate Diploma in Psychology from James Cook University and degrees in Social Science, Education, and Positive Psychology from Charles Sturt University, alongside extensive experience in promoting positive psychology and physical wellbeing.
