Deborah Bial

President & Founder at The Posse Foundation

Deborah Bial is the President and Founder of The Posse Foundation, a college access and success program that recruits, trains, and supports public high school students from diverse backgrounds to succeed in college. Prior to their work at The Posse Foundation, Deborah served as the Director of Miami Programs at Per Scholas, Inc., where they helped low-income families access technology training and refurbished computers. Before that, they were the Vice President of Education at Junior Achievement of New York, where they managed educational programs for students in grades K-12.

Deborah has dedicated their career to increasing access to education and opportunity for underserved communities. Deborah is a passionate advocate for social justice and equity, and their work has helped countless individuals achieve their educational and career goals.

Deborah Bial received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Purchase College, SUNY.
