Francis Occeña

Francis Occeña is the current Chief Financial Officer/Chief Administrative Officer at The Posse Foundation. Francis has also previously worked as the Director of Accounting - Global Regional School System for the Archdiocese of New York, a Manager at O'Connor Davies, LLP, and a Senior Auditor at BCA Watson Rice LLP. Occeña began their career as a Semi-senior auditor at Punongbayan & Araullo in January 2003.

Francis Occeña has a BS in Business Administration and Accountancy from the University of the Philippines. Francis is a Certified Public Accountant from the New Hampshire Board of Accountancy, and a Certified Information Systems Auditor from ISACA.

Francis Occeña reports to Deborah Bial, President & Founder. They are on a team with Sarah Wilson - Career Program Specialist, Elizabeth Ring - National Director of Career Programs, and Peter Raucci - National Director of Graduate + Fellowship Programs.
