Caroline Kuhnert

Caroline Kuhnert serves as a member of the Supervisory Board and a member of the Remuneration and Strategy & Sustainability Committees at Erste Group since 2024. In addition, Caroline holds the position of Trustee and member of the Nominations Committee at The Power of Nutrition, a global charity focused on children's nutrition, and is a member of DIE ERSTE Österreichische Sparkasse Privatstiftung, overseeing the Erste Foundation's governance. Caroline's extensive experience includes a long tenure at UBS from 1997 to 2024, where roles ranged from Chair of UBS OOO Bank to leading Ultra High Net Worth and Global Family Office sectors across EMEA and Latin America. Earlier positions included leadership roles at UNICREDIT and Erste Group. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Vienna and various certifications from IMD and other institutions.
