Bob Borcherdt

Bob Borcherdt is the Founder and CEO of IN2GREAT, a company dedicated to enhancing individual and team performance by unlocking unused human capacity. Since 2011, Bob has also served as a Certified Practitioner for The Predictive Index, a platform that uses data and analytics to optimize talent management and organizational effectiveness. Previous roles include Executive Director of Business Development at CMC Group and President and Co-owner of Midwest Paper Specialties. Bob's career began as National Sales Manager at Sauder Manufacturing Co. In terms of education, Bob holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Management from The University of Toledo.
