Chairman and President at The Predictive Index

Daniel Muzquiz is the current Chairman and President at The Predictive Index. Prior to this, they were the CEO of ExamSoft Worldwide from November 2009 to March 2015. ExamSoft is a company dedicated to helping clients solve problems and achieve institutional objectives, such as improving student learning, engagement, and retention rates.

Before their time at ExamSoft, Daniel was the COO/CFO of LEDCO from December 2004 to February 2009. LEDCO is a manufacturer of rugged computer peripherals, which enable computers to survive in mobile and rugged environments. The company designs, assembles, sells, and services primarily rugged docking stations, electronic mounts and DC power products.

During Daniel's tenure at LEDCO, the company experienced record year-over-year growth and significantly increased margins. This led to the company being sold in 2009.

Daniel Muzquiz attended Harvard Business School, where they earned their MBA. Prior to that, they studied mechanical engineering at The University of Texas at Austin, where they earned their B.S. Daniel is also certified as a PI Trained Analyst (Predictive Index) and Talent Optimization Certificate from PI Worldwide and The Predictive Index, respectively.
