Daniel Muzquiz serves as Chairman at The Predictive Index since March 2015, concentrating on empowering leaders to realize their potential. As President & Chairman, Daniel emphasizes simplifying the understanding of workplace behaviors to enhance recruitment, leadership development, and achieve growth objectives. Daniel is also a Principal & Founding Partner at Phoenix Strategy Investments since February 2002, focusing on acquiring and managing small to medium-sized businesses. Previously, Daniel held the role of CEO at ExamSoft Worldwide from November 2009 to March 2015, where the focus was on developing customizable assessment management solutions. Daniel's experience includes serving as COO/CFO at LEDCO, a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group, and Country Manager at Nabors Industries. Daniel holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
