Mark James

Mark James, CPC, is the Founder and President of HIRE Consulting Services, established in 1999, and a prominent career transition coach and executive search recruiter. Mark is a best-selling author, with notable works including "The Interview Mindset" (2022) and "Keys to the C SUITE" (2018). Additionally, Mark founded the CareerNET Executive Leadership Network, which hosts monthly meetings for high-earning professionals in Southern California. As a certified partner with The Predictive Index, Mark utilizes advanced talent selection tools to enhance leadership development. Mark also served as Executive in Residence and Adjunct Instructor at California State University San Marcos and has held various roles in executive search and career coaching with top firms. Mark holds an Executive Business Management degree from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and an AS in Computer Science from Triton College.
