Michael Saia

Michael Saia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client success and relationship management. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Client Success at The Predictive Index since January 2018, Michael has effectively progressed through various roles within the company, including Director of Client Success and Senior Strategic Consultant. Prior to this, Michael held positions at Capital One as a Relationship Manager and at American Express OPEN and American Express as a Client Manager and Account Development professional, respectively. Additional experience includes roles as an Executive-I Client Management professional at American Express Global Business Travel and as a Senior Commercial Credit Analyst at both Benjamin Franklin Bank and The Cooperative Bank. Michael began a career in finance with an internship at SMITH BARNEY and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Bentley University, completed in 2004.
