Mike Zani

Mike Zani is the current CEO at The Predictive Index and was previously with Jamestown Distributors. Mike has also been a part of Save the Bay and ShapeUp.

Mike has always been interested in helping people improve their health. This led him to their work with ShapeUp, where they were CEO for three years and a board member for seven. During their time with ShapeUp, Mike helped people connect with their trusted social networks to improve their health. Mike also worked with Fortune 2000 companies to help their employees organize groups and intramurals, share plans and recommendations, and challenge each other to meet goals.

After their time with ShapeUp, Mike decided to join The Predictive Index as CEO. The Predictive Index is a company that helps organizations select and develop great teams. With their experience in helping people improve their health, Mike is now using their talents to help organizations select and develop the best teams possible.

Mike Zani has a MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS from Brown University. Mike also has certifications from The Predictive Index in Customer Focused Selling, PI Worldwide in Predictive Index Trained Analyst, and The Predictive Index in Talent Optimization Certificate.
