Caroline Woodward currently serves as the Assistant Division Manager and Account Executive at The Premier Group, a construction staffing company specializing in skilled trades. In this role, Caroline is responsible for full cycle recruiting, including sourcing candidates and managing relationships with decision makers. Previous experience includes serving as an Assistant Teacher at Garfield Montessori School, where engagement in learning activities and support for teachers were key duties; a Retail Sales Representative at True Colorado, providing customer service and maintaining store displays; and an External Relations and Development Administrative Assistant at Fort Lewis College, where sponsorship development and event management were primary responsibilities. Caroline holds a Bachelor's degree in Health and Exercise Science from Colorado State University.
