Jimmy Callahan is an accomplished entrepreneur and restaurant industry professional with extensive experience in business management and marketing. As the Owner/Operator of Callahan Build + Design since January 2024, Jimmy leads the operations and design aspects of the business. Previously, as Managing Partner at DC303 LLC (Prohibition) from May 2011 to August 2023, Jimmy developed and executed marketing strategies, managed public relations, and enhanced business development through extensive networks. During tenure at CD 303 LLC (Lena) from April 2014 to August 2020, Jimmy was instrumental in designing the Lena concept and overseeing its construction within a four-month timeframe, while also curating the brand's marketing presence. Jimmy's educational background includes studies at The University of Memphis.
