Prior to this role, ReShaud served as a Construction Field Associate at Kairos Living from October 2022 to May 2023 and worked with JAH Construction LLC as a carpenter from November 2016 to July 2018. ReShaud holds a certificate in masonry and construction trades from Pontiac Business Institute, which was earned between 2002 and 2005.
