Kyle Glasscock

Kyle Glasscock is an experienced operations manager currently working at The Prep Kitchen since July 2021. Previously, Kyle served as an executive pastry chef at Eatzi's Market and Bakery from November 2019 to July 2021 and held various roles at FedEx Ground, including delivery driver from November 2014 to October 2019. Kyle's career in the grocery business spans over ten years, beginning as food service director at FRESH by Brookshire's from May 2010 to April 2014, and featuring a significant tenure at HEB Central Market from April 2002 to September 2009, where Kyle progressed through multiple management roles in the food service departments. Earlier experience includes serving as VP of operations at Douglas Bakery from 1995 to 2000 and as a chef apprentice at Harvey Hotels from 1992 to 1995. Kyle's education includes studies at El Centro College, Kilgore College, and Stephen F. Austin State University, completed between 1986 and 1995.
