Alex Baker

Alex Baker, CPA, CA, has extensive experience in financial leadership, currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at The Prestressed Group since September 2016, where roles also included Director of Finance and Administration and Corporate Controller. Prior experience includes a tenure at KPMG in Canada as a Senior Accountant from January 2012 to December 2015, focusing on financial statement audits across various industries, including automotive and healthcare. Earlier, Alex worked as an Appeals Officer at the Canada Revenue Agency, managing taxpayer objections and interpreting Canadian Tax Legislation. Alex holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from the University of Windsor, earned between 2007 and 2011.
