Jennifer Burnett

Jennifer Burnett has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Jennifer started their career as an RN Supervisor at Rolling Fields Eldercare Community in 2012 and continued in the same role until 2015. Jennifer then worked as an RN Supervisor at St. Paul's Senior Living Community for a year. From 2016 to 2020, Jennifer held the position of Nursing Manager at Rolling Fields Eldercare Community. In 2020, they joined HOSPICE OF CRAWFORD COUNTY INC as a Registered Nurse and worked there until 2021. Currently, Jennifer is serving as the Clinical Services Lead at The Primary Health Network. Prior to this role, they held the position of Medicare Annual Wellness Nurse at the same company.
