Previously, Martin was a Partner at Woodview Group LLC, focusing on multifamily project development in Southeast Wisconsin, and served as Chief Operating Officer at Stoneleigh Companies, where responsibilities included managing operations for over 50 employees and overseeing 20 multifamily communities. Martin held roles as Vice President of Development at both Fifield Realty Corp and Lennar, contributing to various large-scale development projects. Earlier experience includes Vice President of Land Acquisitions at Neumann Homes and Vice President of Development at The Prime Group, Inc., which encompassed land acquisitions and design work. Martin Eppel holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Tulane University and a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
