Natasha Bludgus has a diverse work experience in the education and staffing industries. Natasha started their career at The Princeton Review in 2010 as a Manager of Inside Sales. Here, they implemented strategic sales plans and provided support to the Sales Director. Natasha then transitioned to the role of Enrollment Marketing Manager, where they led marketing event management and coordinated retail marketing activities. In 2017, they became the Director of Business Development of Graduate Programs in Northeast, overseeing business development and revenue-generating initiatives across multiple markets. Natasha'smost recent role at The Princeton Review was as the Director of Higher Educational Partnerships Graduate Institutional Programs, which they held since November 2020. In 2019, Natasha also worked as a New Business Development Consultant at SoluStaff, where they promoted services to companies and facilitated the matching process for job orders.

Natasha Bludgus holds a Master Certificate in Organizational Leadership from Villanova University, which they obtained from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree in Graphic Design with a minor in Art History from Marywood University, completing their studies from 2004 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Natasha has obtained several certifications, including the Salesforce Lightning Design System from Trailhead by Salesforce in 2019, and certifications in Finance & Accounting for the Non-Financial Manager, Strategic Organizational Leadership, and Six Sigma Green Belt, all obtained from Villanova University.
