Susannah Fisher

Director Of Customer Operations at The Princeton Review

Susannah Fisher has a diverse work experience that spans over the past 16 years. Susannah is currently working at The Princeton Review as the Director of Customer Operations since October 2022. Prior to that, they held multiple roles within the company, including Customer Operations Manager and Tutoring Manager.

Before joining The Princeton Review, Susannah worked as a Lecturer in Art History at Washington University in St. Louis starting from August 2016. Susannah also served as a Post-Doctoral Fellow at PONTIFICAL INSTITUTE OF MEDIAEVAL STUDIES from September 2015 to June 2016.

Furthermore, Susannah has experience in academia, having worked as an Adjunct Professor at Hunter College from September 2012 to July 2014, and as a Part-Time Lecturer at Rutgers University from September 2011 to December 2013. Susannah also held research fellowships at Mellon Competitive Research Fellowship and Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst (DAAD) from 2010 to 2011 and 2009 to 2010, respectively.

Susannah started their career in education as an Instructor of Record for Expository Writing at Rutgers University in 2008 and as a Teaching Assistant in the Art History Department from 2006 to 2008.

Susannah Fisher attended Michigan State University from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Art History, Criticism and Conservation. Susannah then went on to pursue their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in the same field at Rutgers University from 2004 to 2008. Subsequently, from 2008 to 2012, they completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) at Rutgers University in Art History, Criticism and Conservation.
