Emily M. has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Emily started their career as a Trainee Solicitor at King & Wood Mallesons in 2011 and worked there until 2013. Emily then joined Rosling King LLP as an Associate, specializing in resolving disputes arising from commercial contracts and handling regulatory and insurance coverage disputes for financial institutions. Emily also gained experience in financial services litigation and contentious regulatory work. In 2016, Emily joined TLT LLP, where they served as a Solicitor and later became an Associate. At TLT LLP, Emily focused on both contentious and non-contentious financial services regulatory work, advising various financial institutions on regulatory matters and managing fairness reviews and remediation projects. In 2020, Emily joined Principality Building Society as the Head of Legal.

Emily M. completed their Master of Arts (MA) in Jurisprudence from Oxford University - St Edmund Hall, starting in 2006 and finishing in 2009.
