Marie Haggett

Marie Haggett has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Employee Relations Policy and Projects Manager at Principality Building Society since April 2015. In this role, Marie supports line managers and HR Business Partners in various HR generalist areas, focusing on enhancing management capabilities and promoting best practices aligned with company values. Prior to this position, Marie worked at the Ministry of Justice UK from July 2007 to April 2015 as an HR Case Manager, where support was provided to HM Prison Service, Ministry of Justice, and Home Office clients on employee relations issues. Marie began their HR career at Ventura as an HR Advisor from October 2000 to July 2007.
