Mollie Wells

Mollie Wells is an accomplished professional currently in the final rotation of the Graduate Programme Wales at Principality Building Society, serving in Learning & Development since May 2022. Prior to this role, Mollie contributed to the Reward Team at Principality during the second placement of the program. Experience includes an HR internship as an Associate Administrator at Atradius UK, as well as a position as an English Second Language Teacher with The Overseas Teacher, coordinating lessons for students in Beijing. Mollie's earlier roles included providing exceptional customer service as a Travel Agent at TUI and in sales advice at House of Fraser. Mollie holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from Cardiff Metropolitan University and is pursuing an MSc in Applied Financial Services Management at the University of Gloucestershire.
