Nicki Strouts

Nicki Strouts is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in agile project management and retail operations. Currently serving as a Scrum Master at Principality Building Society since September 2021, Nicki previously held similar roles at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water and CGI, where responsibilities included project support and coordination. Prior to these positions, Nicki managed production at Tenn Ltd and served as a Junior Project Manager at ARNO GB Ltd. Nicki's career also includes leadership roles in retail management, with significant experience as a Senior Store Manager and Store Manager at Fat Face and Cotswold Outdoor.
